At MIRMC Solution Web we are committed to handling your personal data responsibly, proportionally, and transparently. This policy explains what information we collect, why, for how long, whom we share it with, and what rights you can exercise.
1.Controller
The data controller is MIRMC Solution Web, registration number 2026/B1468, located in Grenada, West Indies. You can contact us at info@mirmcsolutionweb.com.
2.Scope
This policy applies to the website operated by MIRMC Solution Web, to our forms, calculators, quote and payment flows, to authenticated account areas, and to any preparatory or contractual communication we exchange with prospective or existing clients.
3.Data we collect
3.1 Information you provide directly
- Name, company name, email, WhatsApp or phone, country and preferred language.
- Project details, budget range, features selected in the calculator, notes and files you upload.
- Account information (email, chosen provider, avatar), password reset requests and marketing preferences.
- Payment references, receipts and communications about deposits, invoices and refunds.
3.2 Information generated automatically
- Basic technical data such as browser, device and language, and — when technical intermediaries process them — IP addresses and diagnostic logs.
- Security logs (sign-in attempts, rate-limit events) and consent records for cookies and legal documents.
- Interaction data (pages visited, forms started) when analytics are enabled and you consent.
3.3 Information from Google Sign-In
If you use Google to sign in, Google may share with us your name, email address, avatar and account identifier. We do not access Gmail, Drive, Calendar or contacts.
4.Purposes
- To answer inquiries, prepare estimates and proforma invoices, and provide the services you request.
- To create and manage your account and secure it against fraud and abuse.
- To manage payments, receipts, refunds and accounting records.
- To comply with applicable legal obligations and defend legal claims.
- To improve the service and, only with your consent, send you optional product updates.
5.Lawful bases
- Performance of a contract or steps prior to entering into one (quotes, project delivery, support).
- Consent for optional cookies, marketing communications and other opt-in features. You can withdraw it at any time.
- Legal obligation such as accounting, tax and anti-fraud requirements applicable to us.
- Legitimate interest in operating a secure, accurate service, where it does not override your rights.
6.Service providers
We rely on carefully selected providers to run our site and services. The list below reflects providers that may be used; not all are active for every project or region.
| Provider | Purpose | Possible data | Policy |
|---|---|---|---|
| Supabase | Database, authentication and storage | Account, submissions, files, technical logs | Link |
| Lovable | Application hosting and preview infrastructure | Technical logs and page requests | Link |
| Resend | Transactional email delivery (when enabled) | Email address, message content | Link |
| Sign-in and, when configured, analytics | Name, email, avatar, account identifier | Link | |
| PayPal | Payment processing (when used) | Payment data managed by PayPal | Link |
| hCaptcha | Anti-abuse protection on forms | Anonymous verification data | Link |
Additional providers (Cal.com, analytics or advertising platforms) are only used when specifically enabled in the site configuration and, where the law requires it, after you consent.
7.International transfers
Because we work with international clients and cloud providers, your data may be processed in countries other than your own. When required, we rely on contractual, technical and organisational safeguards designed to protect your information at a comparable level.
8.Retention
We keep personal data only for as long as necessary, according to the purpose:
| Category | Guideline |
|---|---|
| Active accounts | For the life of the account plus a reasonable grace period after deletion. |
| Requests and quotes without contract | Up to 12 months, unless you ask us to delete them earlier. |
| Contracts and deliverables | For the length of the engagement and applicable legal periods. |
| Payments and receipts | For the periods required by accounting, tax and anti-fraud rules. |
| Security and audit logs | For a limited period proportionate to the security purpose. |
| Marketing opt-in | Until you withdraw consent. |
Certain records may be kept longer when needed for legal obligations, fraud prevention, dispute resolution or the defence of legal claims.
9.Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your data, to withdraw consent at any time, and to data portability where applicable.
To exercise a right, write to info@mirmcsolutionweb.com. We will confirm receipt and respond within a reasonable time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority, when one is competent.
10.Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures — access control, encryption in transit, hardened cloud services, activity logging — proportionate to the risk. No online service can guarantee absolute security; you play an important role by keeping your credentials safe.
11.Minors
Our services target businesses and adult professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a minor provided data, contact us and we will delete it.
12.External links
Our site may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices. Please review their policies before providing personal data.
13.Changes
We may update this policy to reflect changes in the service or the law. Material changes will be highlighted with a new version and effective date on this page.
